We have led projects for owners and for contractors. We know how each reads a project agreement, a CPM schedule and a claim, and we use that to keep the parties aligned.

Kay Yoon founded JAEK Company to bring engineering rigour and commercial judgement to the same table. With degrees from the University of Cambridge, UBC Sauder School of Business, Cornell University and the University of British Columbia, Kay combines technical depth with strategy, finance and law, and applies all four to the problems clients bring.

David Mofeez is a professional civil engineer with more than 30 years of experience delivering Design‑Build and P3 infrastructure. He has held senior management roles on both the owner’s and the contractor’s side, covering every phase from pursuit and bid through construction, commissioning and close-out.
